We care for our Planet and we try to show this love in every single project. That is why our R&D department is dedicated to research of new solutions that protect our environment.

We keep waste to a minimum

We have a closed productive cycle: we use a system which optimizes the steel sheets in order to produce a minimum amount of scrap. All scraps are given to steel mills, that recycle it transforming it into new raw material.

Our products are packed using 85% recycled or recyclable material

Our wood and paper suppliers are certified environment friendly.

Our production technologies are green, too: the machines work at full capacity with low consumption.

Our production technologies are green, too: the machines work at full capacity with low consumption. This way, we cut down on CO2 emissions. Since 2022 we are officially certified as "Green inside" company: 100% of our energy comes from renewable sources. By 2023 we are installing a photovoltaic system on our factory's roof. We have acquired a land with the sole purpose of planting it.

Our Combi-Steam ovens allow to reduce cooking time up to 20%

Moreover, by saturating the cavity with 100% moisture, food does not release any smells nor juices, this means that it is possible to cook very different dishes at the same time, reducing cooking times and therefore consumption even more.
